Winter Sports have become something new that is taking China by storm in the last few years. Skiing and snowboarding have become extremely popular. These are sports that few in China can take part in as it is costly and most of the Chinese population lives in places where there is little snow. Despite this, development has given many people more disposable income which has given birth to these new sports. There are dangers in snow sports, however, which must be taken notice of before one pursues the sport. Knowledge will allow one to pursue the sport in safety. The first item that must be taken care of is the location and intensity of the mountain you wish to use. Every skiing area has a danger rating. You must pay attention to these so that you cam avoid hazards. The second item is that you must be in good shape for all this exercise. Diets are essential to keeping your health up and if you haven’t seen a doctor for a checkup in a while, please do. The third item is that you must have the appropriate outfit and equipment. Also, never try to ski alone, so bring a companion. In the advent of an accident, you must try to keep warm and wait for rescue. If you are careful, you can have an enjoyable time in the snow.

現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)表示過(guò)去發(fā)生或一直持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在的動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)，其結(jié)果和現(xiàn)在有聯(lián)系，也就是動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)發(fā)生在過(guò)去但它的影響現(xiàn)在仍然存在，常用have / has +過(guò)去分詞來(lái)表示。

例如：

I have lost my wallet. 我丟了錢(qián)包。

He has returned from abroad. 他從國(guó)外回來(lái)了。

1．現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)可以用來(lái)表示發(fā)生在過(guò)去某一時(shí)刻并持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在的情況，常與for, since 連用

She has been ill for three days. 她病了三天了。

I have lived here since 1998. 我從1998年就住在這里。

2．現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)可與表示不確定的過(guò)去時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用，如 already, yet, just, before, recently, lately等

He has already obtained a scholarship. 他已經(jīng)得到了獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

I haven’t seen much of him recently/ lately. 我最近沒(méi)怎么見(jiàn)到他。

We have seen that film before. 我們以前看過(guò)那部電影。

2．現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)可與表示頻度的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用，如 often, sometimes, ever, never, twice, on several occasion 等

Have you ever been to Beijing? 你曾經(jīng)去過(guò)北京嗎？

I have used this pen only three times. It is still good.

這支鋼筆我只用過(guò)三次，它仍然是好的。
