　　1. speaks fluently with only rare repetition or self-correction; any hesitation is content-related rather than to find words or grammar

　　標準解讀：

　　(1) fluently 要求考生的表達要流利

　　(2) rare repetition\self-correction\hesitation

　　考生在回答過程中，可以允許少量的重復或自我糾正的情況， 另外，出現(xiàn)基于思考內容(而非尋找合適的詞匯或語法)的猶豫現(xiàn)象，也有可能獲得滿分
