調(diào)查顯示:過半員工年終獎(jiǎng)將低于5000元

　　Some 40 percent of respondents are not satisfiedwith the state of their year-end bonuses as SpringFestival, or China's Lunar New Year, approaches,according to a survey by China Youth Daily.

　　根據(jù)《中國(guó)青年報(bào)》的一項(xiàng)調(diào)查顯示，隨著中國(guó)農(nóng)歷新年，也就是春節(jié)的臨近，約40%的受訪者對(duì)自己的年終獎(jiǎng)不滿意。

　　The survey finds that 20 percent have received abonus, while 16.8 percent didn't expect to receiveany such reward, one month out from the festival.

　　調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，在距離春節(jié)還有一個(gè)月的時(shí)間的現(xiàn)在，有20%的受訪者已經(jīng)拿到了年終獎(jiǎng)，有16.8%的人本來沒有期望著能得到這種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

　　Of the respondents, 55.6 percent say their bonuses will be less than 5,000 yuan and 16 percentpredict the amount to be between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan. Some three percent think they willreceive 30,000 yuan after one year's work and 18.3 percent are likely to get less than 1,000yuan.

　　在所有受訪者中，55.6%的人表示自己的年終獎(jiǎng)將在5000元以下，16%的受訪者預(yù)測(cè)年終獎(jiǎng)在5000元至1萬元間。約3%的受訪者表示年終獎(jiǎng)會(huì)超過3萬元，18.3%的受訪者年終獎(jiǎng)可能在1000元以下。

　　Su Xiaoxu, who works at a state-owned enterprise, says she expects almost no bonus becausethe stock market and policy were so volatile in 2015.

　　在某國(guó)企工作的蘇曉旭表示，今年的年終獎(jiǎng)自己就不抱什么期望了，因?yàn)?015年的政策和股市波動(dòng)太過劇烈了。

　　Amid the economic slowdown, 42.7 percent think they will receive less of a bonus than in2014, while 20 percent predict more extra money this year.

　　在經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)總體下滑的背景下，和2014年相比，42.7%的受訪者認(rèn)為年終獎(jiǎng)會(huì)比去年少，而只有20%的受訪者會(huì)認(rèn)為今年能比去年多一些。

　　The survey also finds that of respondents working for foreign companies, 29.8% are satisfiedwith their bonuses, while in SOEs the figure is 28.5%, and for employees in private business, 15%.

　　調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn)，外企中，對(duì)年終獎(jiǎng)滿意的受訪者為29.8%，國(guó)企中這一數(shù)字為28.5%，民企中這一數(shù)字為15%。
