　　Many of you may know South Korea for its pop culture, including K-pop singers led by international sensation Psy. But food is also an important part of the country's culture, and is luring more and more foodies from around the world.

　　可能許多人都了解韓國(guó)的流行文化，包括以鳥叔為代表的韓國(guó)流行音樂。但是食物也是韓國(guó)文化中重要的組成部分，而且世界各地喜歡韓國(guó)美食的人也越來(lái)越多。

　　South Korea’s cuisine is healthy, varied and is especially renowned for being spicy.

　　韓國(guó)美食有益健康、品種多樣，尤其以辣而聞名。

　　Food is an essential part of South Korean life, and traditional dishes are a source of great national pride, as they are distinct from other countries. Whether eating in restaurants or from street vendors, you can always find some authentic local specialities in South Korea.

　　食物是韓國(guó)人生活中的核心部分，傳統(tǒng)的韓國(guó)菜是韓國(guó)人民族自豪感的來(lái)源，因?yàn)樗哂袇^(qū)別于其他國(guó)家飲食的特色。不論是在飯館還是在街頭小吃攤，你都能找到具有純正韓國(guó)風(fēng)味的特色美食。

　　Kimchi or Pickled Cabbage is the national dish, and is vital to any meal in the country. There are many different kinds of kimchi, but the most common version is made with napa cabbage that is preserved and lightly fermented in bright red chili flakes. 　　泡菜是韓國(guó)的國(guó)菜，是韓國(guó)一日三餐中至關(guān)重要的配菜。韓國(guó)泡菜的品種很多，但最常見的泡菜是用腌過的大白菜在鮮紅色的辣椒面里輕微發(fā)酵泡制而成的。泡菜可存放數(shù)月，也可用作其他菜的主料，如泡菜湯。

　　另一道著名的韓國(guó)美食就是韓式烤肉?？镜娜舛酁榕Ｈ?，也可以是切成薄片的豬肉或雞肉。在肉上烤架之前，會(huì)先把肉浸泡在放了許多大蒜和芝麻油的甜醬油中。

　　Hotpot Mixed Rice is also a popular traditional dish in South Korea. Famous and widely available, it is like fried rice, but instead of being fried it’s mixed up like a salad. 　　石鍋拌飯也是韓國(guó)很受歡迎的一道傳統(tǒng)美食。這道著名的美食到處都可以吃到，石鍋拌飯和炒飯很像，但是拌飯是把飯菜像沙拉一樣拌在一起，而不是放在一起炒。石鍋拌飯包括最底部的米飯、幾種清炒時(shí)蔬、一個(gè)雞蛋、炒海帶，并在上面撒上芝麻。
