Online streaming services must stop providing unlicensed music to users, said the National Copyright Administration in a statement published on its website. Service providers were required to remove unlicensed music by the end of July.
據(jù)國家版權局網(wǎng)站消息,國家版權局日前發(fā)布《關于責令網(wǎng)絡音樂服務商停止未經(jīng)授權傳播音樂作品的通知》。服務商需于7月31日前將未經(jīng)授權傳播的音樂作品全部下線。
“未獲授權音樂作品”可以用unlicensed music表示,unlicensed指未經(jīng)許可的,無營業(yè)執(zhí)照的,如黑車(unlicensed taxi)。目前,網(wǎng)絡音樂服務商(online streaming services)可以通過唱片公司(record company)、版權代理機構(copyright agent)、歌手和詞曲作者,取得正版音樂(patented music)授權。
國家版權局表示,此舉是“劍網(wǎng)2015”(Sword Net 2015)專項行動的一部分,旨在打擊盜版,加強對網(wǎng)絡版權監(jiān)管力度(improve online copyright management),維護版權所有者權益(better protect royalty holders)。音樂版權問題一直困擾著國內網(wǎng)絡音樂服務商。長久以來,中國用戶被免費音樂資源(free access to music)“寵壞了”,音樂服務商難以直接通過音樂本身收費
