中國(guó)設(shè)首個(gè)世行“信托基金”

World Bank Group (WBG) and China signed an agreement here on July 16 to set up a trust fund to help reduce poverty.

7月16日，世界銀行與中國(guó)就設(shè)立信托基金助力減少貧困簽署協(xié)議。

“信托基金”(trust fund)也叫投資基金，是一種“利益共享、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)”的集合投資方式。這里trust指信托，如信托財(cái)產(chǎn)(trust property)、公益信托(charitable trust)。

據(jù)悉，該信托基金預(yù)計(jì)今年下半年啟動(dòng)，旨在加強(qiáng)中國(guó)與世界銀行集團(tuán)的合作，撬動(dòng)資金和知識(shí)資源(leverage financial and knowledge-based resources)來幫助發(fā)展中國(guó)家實(shí)現(xiàn)包容性和可持續(xù)發(fā)展(achieve inclusive and sustainable development)。信托基金將為全球和地區(qū)層面(at the global and regional levels)的投資項(xiàng)目(investment projects)、業(yè)務(wù)、知識(shí)開發(fā)(knowledge development)和人力資源合作( human-resources cooperation)提供資助。

目前，中國(guó)已是世行的第三大股東國(guó)，也是國(guó)際開發(fā)協(xié)會(huì)(International Development Association，IDA)和全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施基金的重要捐助國(guó)之一。
