戒網(wǎng)癮也得“節(jié)食”

吃飯的時候不能離開手機，時不時要刷刷朋友圈和微博;看書十分鐘就看不下去，隨便一個手機的響動都能讓你立即扔下書。我們似乎已經(jīng)變成了電子設(shè)備的奴隸。要改變這樣的情況就必須來一場“數(shù)碼節(jié)食”。

Q: Do you ever feel the urge to pull out your smartphone while someone else is making a point in a conversation?

別人正在跟你說事兒的時候，你是不是很想把手機拿出來看一眼?
