In a Reminder of Deposit Return Policy released by Ofo on Monday evening, the company said all deposit refund applications, online or offline, will be collected and reviewed and the deposit will be refunded in order of application.

17日晚，ofo發(fā)布的退押金政策提醒表示，所有退押金申請，無論線上線下，都將統(tǒng)一進行收集和審核，公司會按申請順序退還押金。

Ofo表示，提交線上申請退押金的用戶(users who have submitted online application for deposit refund)，后臺系統(tǒng)會根據(jù)申請?zhí)峤坏捻樞颍M行相關信息審核與收集，核實完畢后用戶會進入退押金序列，ofo會按順序退款(get refund according to the order of application submission)。

如有用戶到公司現(xiàn)場進行登記，ofo會將收集到的相關信息按時間先后順序并入線上退押金序列中(incorporate the relevant information collected by it into the online deposit refund sequence in chronological order)。如有線下登記的用戶此前已經(jīng)發(fā)起退款申請，則按此前的時間信息為準。

政策提醒之后，用戶紛紛涌入退款登記系統(tǒng)。截至19日上午10點，ofo的在線排隊退押金人數(shù)已經(jīng)達到了1063萬人。

Ofo表示，登記完成之后15個工作日內(nèi)會退還用戶押金。同時，針對二手平臺上各類代退服務，ofo官方也提示：ofo的退押金渠道只有ofo客戶端和ofo客服電話兩個路徑，其他不是官方路徑。

在更新退款公告后ofo表示：

“ofo用戶基數(shù)大，存在退押金申請激增的可能。請廣大用戶耐心等待，我們承諾依序妥善處理好退押金事宜，請廣大用戶放心。”
