第六批在韓中國人民志愿軍烈士遺骸回國

Escorted by two Chinese fighter jets, a PLA Air Force plane carrying the remains and 145 belongings of the fallen soldiers landed at the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, Liaoning province, at around 11:36 am Wednesday.

在兩架戰(zhàn)斗機全程護航下，4月3日11時36分許，解放軍空軍一架專機降落在遼寧沈陽桃仙國際機場，機上載有烈士遺骸和145件相關(guān)遺物。

The remains will be buried in a martyrs' park in Shenyang in a ceremony on Thursday, according to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

退役軍人事務(wù)部表示，烈士遺骸將安葬在沈陽抗美援朝烈士陵園，安葬儀式于4日舉行。

當?shù)貢r間3日上午，中韓雙方在韓國仁川國際機場(Incheon International Airport)舉行交接儀式。

During the transfer ceremony, South Korean troops handed over the coffins, covered by China's national flag, to Chinese guards of honor who carried them into a PLA Air Force plane.

交接儀式上，韓國軍人將覆蓋中國國旗的志愿軍烈士棺槨移交給中國人民解放軍禮兵，隨后烈士棺槨登上解放軍空軍飛機。

此次是按照中韓雙方共識實施的第六次交接，韓方向中方送還的10具烈士遺骸及相關(guān)遺物是在包括鐵原、漣川、華川、非軍事區(qū)等在內(nèi)7個地點發(fā)掘的。

退役軍人事務(wù)部副部長錢鋒在現(xiàn)場發(fā)表講話時表示，中方將進一步加強與韓方務(wù)實友好合作(practical and friendly cooperation)，積極推進在韓中國人民志愿軍烈士遺骸聯(lián)合搜尋、鑒定(joint search and identification)等工作，讓更多志愿軍烈士英魂早日回到祖國。

The South Korean defense ministry said in a statement that the transfer ceremony was a part of efforts to heal the scar of the war and conveyed the message of peace to enhance regional peace and stability.

韓國國防部表示，交接儀式是為治愈戰(zhàn)爭傷疤、傳遞和平信號做出的努力，旨在促進區(qū)域和平與穩(wěn)定。

今后韓朝計劃聯(lián)合在鐵原箭頭高地一帶展開遺骸挖掘工作，相信會有更多志愿軍烈士遺骸能回歸故土。

69年前，中國人民志愿軍(Chinese People's Volunteers)跨過鴨綠江，奔赴戰(zhàn)火彌天的前線，踏上抗美援朝、保家衛(wèi)國的戰(zhàn)場。

The Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) fought alongside the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) army in the Korean War against the South Korean army and the United States-led UN forces between 1950 and 1953.

1950年至1953年，中國人民志愿軍支援朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭，同朝鮮人民軍一道對抗韓國國軍和以美國為首的“聯(lián)合國軍”。

在那場戰(zhàn)爭中，有197653名志愿軍戰(zhàn)士在戰(zhàn)場犧牲，魂斷異國、埋骨他鄉(xiāng)。

1月23日，退役軍人事務(wù)部(China's Ministry of Veterans Affairs)副部長錢鋒會見了來訪的韓國國防部國際政策局局長李元翼一行。

雙方一致同意，中韓雙方遵循人道主義原則(humanitarian spirit)，本著友好協(xié)商、務(wù)實合作的精神(based on friendly exchanges and practical cooperation)，從2014年至2018年已連續(xù)5年成功交接589位在韓中國人民志愿軍烈士遺骸，今年將按照中韓雙方達成的共識實施第六次交接。今后在韓發(fā)掘出的中國人民志愿軍烈士遺骸，韓國將繼續(xù)移交給中國(any additional remains that are discovered will be returned to China)。

這一次志愿軍烈士遺骸交接也是退役軍人事務(wù)部去年4月成立之后進行的首次交接。
