水利部將利用2年至3年時(shí)間全面建立起節(jié)水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定額體系。根據(jù)水利部計(jì)劃，節(jié)水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定額體系由105項(xiàng)節(jié)約用水定額、29項(xiàng)節(jié)水技術(shù)規(guī)范、4項(xiàng)節(jié)水載體評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和9項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品水效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組成。

The Ministry of Water Resources will establish a system of standard quotas for water usage in the next two to three years to better conserve water. According to the ministry, the water conservation standard quota system will consist of 105 water conservation quotas, 29 water conservation technological codes, 4 water conservation carrier evaluation standards and 9 product water efficiency standards.

2019年4月15日，國家發(fā)展改革委、水利部聯(lián)合印發(fā)《國家節(jié)水行動(dòng)方案》?！斗桨浮坟瀼芈鋵?shí)習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義思想的重要實(shí)踐，是黨的十九大的戰(zhàn)略部署，是今后一段時(shí)間我國節(jié)水工作開展的主要依據(jù)。為逐步提高各領(lǐng)域、各行業(yè)用水效率，提升全民節(jié)水意識(shí)，基于我國國情水情和地區(qū)差異，《方案》明確提出近遠(yuǎn)期有機(jī)銜接的總體控制目標(biāo)，到2020年，節(jié)水政策法規(guī)、市場機(jī)制、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系趨于完善，萬元國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值用水量、萬元工業(yè)增加值用水量較2015年分別降低23%和20%，規(guī)模以上工業(yè)用水重復(fù)利用率達(dá)到91%以上，節(jié)水效果初步顯現(xiàn);到2022年，全國用水總量控制在6700億立方米以內(nèi)，節(jié)水型生產(chǎn)和生活方式初步建立;到2035年，全國用水總量控制在7000億立方米以內(nèi)，水資源節(jié)約和循環(huán)利用達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平。
