中央農(nóng)村工作會議12月20日至21日在北京召開，研究部署2020年“三農(nóng)”工作。會議強調(diào)，要堅決打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，要一鼓作氣、乘勢而上，集中力量全面完成剩余脫貧任務，要鞏固脫貧攻堅成果防止返貧。

The central rural work conference was held in Beijing from Dec 20 to 21, outlining the roadmap for the country's work related to agriculture, rural areas and rural people in the coming year. The conference stressed the importance of winning the battle against poverty, and called for consistent efforts to lift the rest of the poor population out of poverty and effective steps to prevent people from slipping back into poverty.

近日召開的中央農(nóng)村工作會議貫徹落實習近平總書記重要講話和中央經(jīng)濟工作會議精神，圍繞全面建成小康社會和打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，研究部署2020年“三農(nóng)”工作，為如期完成脫貧攻堅任務、補上全面小康“三農(nóng)”領域短板提供了重要遵循。會議強調(diào)，打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)是全面建成小康社會的重中之重，要一鼓作氣、乘勢而上，集中力量全面完成剩余脫貧任務。會議指出，全面建成小康社會，最突出的短板在“三農(nóng)”。會議列出了“三農(nóng)”領域8項補短板任務：加大農(nóng)村基礎設施建設力度，提高農(nóng)村供水保障水平，扎實搞好農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境整治，提高農(nóng)村教育質(zhì)量，加強農(nóng)村基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務，加強農(nóng)村社會保障，改善鄉(xiāng)村公共文化服務，治理農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境突出問題。此外，會議還指出，要多渠道促進農(nóng)民持續(xù)增收、要保障糧豬等重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品有效供給，以及要加強黨對“三農(nóng)”工作的全面領導。

要堅決打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，不獲全勝決不收兵。要集中資源、強化保障、精準施策，加快補上“三農(nóng)”領域短板。要壓實部門和地方政府責任，保護好農(nóng)民種糧積極性。

The battle against poverty won't stop until victory is secured. Efforts will be made to pool resources, enhance support and take targeted measures to strengthen the weak links in the work on agriculture, rural areas and rural people. Related departments and local governments should shoulder their responsibilities and sustain farmers' enthusiasm for grain production.
