旗幟鮮明講政治是我們黨作為馬克思主義政黨的根本要求。黨的政治建設(shè)是黨的根本性建設(shè)，決定黨的建設(shè)方向和效果，事關(guān)統(tǒng)攬推進(jìn)偉大斗爭、偉大工程、偉大事業(yè)、偉大夢想。

加強(qiáng)黨的政治建設(shè)，目的是堅(jiān)定政治信仰，強(qiáng)化政治領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，提高政治能力，凈化政治生態(tài)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全黨團(tuán)結(jié)統(tǒng)一、行動(dòng)一致。要以黨章為根本遵循，把黨章明確的黨的性質(zhì)和宗旨、指導(dǎo)思想和奮斗目標(biāo)、路線和綱領(lǐng)落到實(shí)處。
