中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席、中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)主任習(xí)近平3月15日主持召開(kāi)中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)第九次會(huì)議時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，推動(dòng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)范健康持續(xù)發(fā)展，把碳達(dá)峰碳中和納入生態(tài)文明建設(shè)整體布局。
President Xi Jinping on March 15 stressed efforts to promote the regulated, healthy and sustainable development of the platform economy and incorporate the peaking of carbon emissions and carbon neutrality into the overall layout of building an ecological civilization. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at the ninth meeting of the Central Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs. He is also head of the committee.

近年來(lái)我國(guó)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展全局中的地位和作用日益突顯。平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)有利于提高全社會(huì)資源配置效率，推動(dòng)技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)變革朝著信息化、數(shù)字化、智能化方向加速演進(jìn)，有助于貫通國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)循環(huán)各環(huán)節(jié)，也有利于提高國(guó)家治理的智能化、全域化、個(gè)性化、精細(xì)化水平。我國(guó)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體態(tài)勢(shì)是好的、作用是積極的，同時(shí)也存在一些突出問(wèn)題，一些平臺(tái)企業(yè)發(fā)展不規(guī)范、存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不充分、存在短板，監(jiān)管體制不適應(yīng)的問(wèn)題也較為突出。
2020年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議明確提出強(qiáng)化反壟斷和防止資本無(wú)序擴(kuò)張，“要完善平臺(tái)企業(yè)壟斷認(rèn)定、數(shù)據(jù)收集使用管理、消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)等方面的法律規(guī)范。” 今年的《政府工作報(bào)告》提出：“國(guó)家支持平臺(tái)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，同時(shí)要依法規(guī)范發(fā)展，健全數(shù)字規(guī)則。” 傳遞出國(guó)家引導(dǎo)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)依法規(guī)范發(fā)展的決心。

我國(guó)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展正處在關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，要著眼長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、兼顧當(dāng)前，補(bǔ)齊短板、強(qiáng)化弱項(xiàng)，營(yíng)造創(chuàng)新環(huán)境，解決突出矛盾和問(wèn)題，推動(dòng)平臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)范健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。
