3月22日至25日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平在福建考察時強調(diào)，要在服務和融入新發(fā)展格局上展現(xiàn)更大作為，奮力譜寫全面建設社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家福建篇章。
President Xi Jinping stressed more efforts to serve and integrate into the new development paradigm in fully building a modern socialist country. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during his inspection trip to east China's Fujian province from March 22 to March 25.

“加快形成以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進的新發(fā)展格局”，這是以習近平同志為核心的黨中央基于當前和今后一個時期國內(nèi)外形勢、著眼高質量發(fā)展作出的重大戰(zhàn)略部署。
這一重大戰(zhàn)略部署立足國內(nèi)國際兩個大局，既利當前，更利長遠，為牢牢把握發(fā)展主動權提供堅實支撐。
科學把握新發(fā)展格局的實踐要求，關鍵是準確把握“兩個循環(huán)”的辯證統(tǒng)一關系。國內(nèi)大循環(huán)與國際循環(huán)相互依存、相互促進，構成一個有機整體，不能割裂開來、片面強調(diào)某一個方面，更不能將二者對立起來。良好的國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為國際循環(huán)夯實基礎，順暢的國際循環(huán)為國內(nèi)大循環(huán)提供有力支持，“兩個循環(huán)”協(xié)同運行、優(yōu)勢互補，才能形成良性互動、相得益彰的新發(fā)展格局。
