中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平近日對(duì)深化東西部協(xié)作和定點(diǎn)幫扶工作作出重要指示指出，開(kāi)展東西部協(xié)作和定點(diǎn)幫扶，是黨中央著眼推動(dòng)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)共同富裕作出的重大決策。
President Xi Jinping said that conducting collaboration and paired assistance between the eastern and western regions is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee to promote coordinated regional development and common prosperity. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in his recent instruction on the work related to the collaboration and paired assistance between the eastern and western regions of the country.

2016年，中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)東西部扶貧協(xié)作工作的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》，提出東西部扶貧協(xié)作和對(duì)口支援，是推動(dòng)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、協(xié)同發(fā)展、共同發(fā)展的大戰(zhàn)略，是加強(qiáng)區(qū)域合作、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、拓展對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外開(kāi)放新空間的大布局，是打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)、實(shí)現(xiàn)先富幫后富、最終實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕目標(biāo)的大舉措。
近年來(lái)，隨著東西部協(xié)作和定點(diǎn)幫扶工作的深化，區(qū)域之間的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作、資源互補(bǔ)、勞務(wù)對(duì)接、人才交流等不斷加強(qiáng)，為進(jìn)一步鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果、全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興提供了有力支撐。
進(jìn)入新發(fā)展階段，要抓緊推進(jìn)東西部協(xié)作結(jié)對(duì)關(guān)系調(diào)整，確保幫扶工作和干部隊(duì)伍平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡。要加快探索協(xié)作幫扶方式，著力鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)合作，提升社會(huì)事業(yè)發(fā)展水平，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。中央單位要繼續(xù)做好干部選派、資金支持、產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)幫扶等工作，支持定點(diǎn)幫扶縣加快發(fā)展。

We should expand the fields for paired assistance, improve related mechanisms and means. Efforts should be made to strengthen industrial cooperation, enable better alignment in resources, labor and talent, and mobilize the whole society to participate in order to foster a sound momentum of coordinated, collaborated and common regional development.
