中國(guó)海警局4月20日與生態(tài)環(huán)境部、交通運(yùn)輸部、國(guó)家林業(yè)和草原局聯(lián)合啟動(dòng)為期7個(gè)月的“碧海2021”海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)專項(xiàng)執(zhí)法行動(dòng)。
The China Coast Guard on April 20 launched a special law enforcement campaign coded "Blue Sea 2021 to enhance marine eco-environment protection in collaboration with the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Transport and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. It will run for seven months.

“碧海2021”海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)專項(xiàng)執(zhí)法行動(dòng)圍繞“十四五”階段重點(diǎn)任務(wù)要求，明確了海洋（海岸）工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目、海島、典型海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、海砂開(kāi)采運(yùn)輸、海洋廢棄物傾倒、海洋野生動(dòng)物保護(hù)、海洋石油勘探開(kāi)發(fā)、陸源入海污染物排放等8個(gè)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。通過(guò)全面強(qiáng)化重要區(qū)域常態(tài)監(jiān)管、嚴(yán)厲打擊重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域違法犯罪活動(dòng)、嚴(yán)密防范關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)生態(tài)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等措施，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化監(jiān)督檢查，嚴(yán)厲打擊違法犯罪活動(dòng)。
