第五屆絲綢之路國(guó)際博覽會(huì)5月11日舉辦。根據(jù)會(huì)上發(fā)布的三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，為促進(jìn)跨境電商的發(fā)展，我國(guó)將提升中歐班列貨運(yùn)服務(wù)水平。

2021年全國(guó)兩會(huì)《政府工作報(bào)告》提出：穩(wěn)定加工貿(mào)易，發(fā)展跨境電商等新業(yè)態(tài)新模式，支持企業(yè)開(kāi)拓多元化市場(chǎng)。

2020年以來(lái)，中國(guó)外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口持續(xù)向好。據(jù)海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2020年中國(guó)跨境電商進(jìn)出口1.69萬(wàn)億元，增長(zhǎng)了31.1%?？缇畴娚陶蔀榉€(wěn)外貿(mào)的重要力量，超萬(wàn)家傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)企業(yè)觸網(wǎng)上線、提質(zhì)增效，跨境電商成為企業(yè)開(kāi)展國(guó)際貿(mào)易的首選和外貿(mào)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的排頭兵。

受疫情影響，去年國(guó)際航班大面積停航減班，傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)力驟減，海關(guān)總署及時(shí)出臺(tái)支持中歐班列發(fā)展十條措施，支持利用中歐班列運(yùn)力開(kāi)展跨境電商、郵件等運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)。疫情期間，海關(guān)支持郵政部門開(kāi)通進(jìn)出境臨時(shí)郵路，累計(jì)開(kāi)通臨時(shí)出境口岸15個(gè)、臨時(shí)進(jìn)境口岸13個(gè)，積極疏運(yùn)進(jìn)出境郵件和跨境電商商品，全力保產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定。

【重要講話】

中國(guó)將挖掘外貿(mào)增長(zhǎng)潛力，為推動(dòng)國(guó)際貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。中國(guó)將推動(dòng)跨境電商等新業(yè)態(tài)新模式加快發(fā)展，培育外貿(mào)新動(dòng)能。中國(guó)將壓縮《中國(guó)禁止進(jìn)口限制進(jìn)口技術(shù)目錄》，為技術(shù)要素跨境自由流動(dòng)創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境。

We will tap into the growth potential of foreign trade with a view to boosting growth in international trade and the world economy. China will encourage cross-border e-commerce and other new business forms and models to grow even quicker to foster new drivers of foreign trade. China will shorten its catalog of technologies prohibited or restricted from import to create a favorable environment for the free flow of technologies across borders.
