brave (adj.) - courageous; not afraid adj. 勇敢的;華麗的
如:Every brave man is a man of his word.
任何一個(gè)勇敢的人都是信守承諾的人。
He is a brave soldier.
他是一位勇敢的戰(zhàn)士。
to doubt something (v.) - not to know whether something is true v. 懷疑;不信;[古]恐怕;拿不準(zhǔn)
如:I never doubted you; I was sure you would bring me the money.
我從不懷疑你的,我肯定你會給我?guī)磉@筆錢的。
But when in doubt, you can always ask.
但是一旦有疑惑,你總是可以問的。
a Spoilsport (n.) - a person who spoils the fun n. 專事破壞他人樂趣者

to guess (v.) - to try to understand what something means vt. 猜測;[美口]認(rèn)為;推測;猜中
如:He guessed the answer to the teacher's question.
他猜測老師問題的答案。
