　　Chew out的意思是“發(fā)脾氣罵人”。在美國南部它是指“在互相取笑中占了某人的上風”。Chew sb. Out的意思是“責罵某人”“譴責某人”的意思。和get連用用其被動式，即為：get chewed out。
