Most of us may still hold a happy memory in our minds: when we were young, the Spring Festival was celebrated with the company of the flaming sparks and the loud explosions of firecrackers.

我們?cè)S多人腦海里仍然殘留著這個(gè)美好的回憶：童年時(shí)的春節(jié)是在鞭炮閃閃的火花和轟隆隆的爆炸聲中度過(guò)的。但是由于鞭炮所帶來(lái)的無(wú)盡的災(zāi)難，許多大城市已經(jīng)禁止在城區(qū)燃放鞭炮。

But because of the numerous disasters caused by them, governments in some big cities have completely banned the firecrackers in the downtown areas.

Some people are sad about this decision. They argue that they will lose the tradition of the Spring Festival. Regardless of the fires and the damage to human bodies caused by firecrackers, they only focus on the pleasure firecrackers can bring about.

對(duì)于這個(gè)決定，有的人非常難過(guò)，他們認(rèn)為這樣會(huì)失去春節(jié)的傳統(tǒng)。他們不考慮鞭炮所帶來(lái)的火災(zāi)和對(duì)人體的傷害，一味地強(qiáng)調(diào)鞭炮所帶來(lái)的樂(lè)趣。

With the development of the modern society, more and more changes will take place in our lives, some of which may be great challenges against the traditions, but we should support the government's policy under the consideration of the whole society. What's more, upon stepping into the new century we should celebrate the Spring Festival in a more civilized way .

隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展，我們的生活會(huì)發(fā)生越來(lái)越多的變化，其中一些變化對(duì)我們的傳統(tǒng)提出了挑戰(zhàn)，但是，我們應(yīng)支持政府出于全社會(huì)利益而制定的政策。并且，在步入新世紀(jì)之際，我們應(yīng)該采取更加文明的方式來(lái)慶祝春節(jié)
