[00:24.38]she told me six things:
[00:26.61]1 Use your legs.
[00:29.43]Over 25% of car journeys
[00:31.54]are under two miles-short journeys
[00:34.64]we could easily walk or cycle.
[00:37.34]Leg power can save you money,
[00:39.36]keep you fit and help you live longer.
[00:41.98]And regular exercise cuts the risk
[00:44.03]of heart disease by 50%!
[00:47.26]2 Use public transport.
[00:49.52]On average,about forty people travel
[00:51.89]in one bus,
[00:53.25]while the same number occupy thirty-three cars.
