　　你為什么要辭掉現(xiàn)在的工作?

　　I've enjoyed working at Pacific Chemicals.

　　在Pacific化學(xué)制品公司工作時，我感到非常愉快。

　　I've learned so much for the last three years.

　　過去的三年中，我學(xué)到了很多東西。

　　However,I feel I've learned as much as I can as a customer service representative.

　　但是，作為客服代表，我決定該學(xué)的都已經(jīng)掌握。

　　I'd like to be able to grow and want more challenges,but that doesn't appear to be the situation there,at least for the foreseeable future.

　　我希望繼續(xù)成長，接受更多的挑戰(zhàn)，但是我以為以公司現(xiàn)在的狀況，至少在可預(yù)見的將來，恐怕我不會有這樣的機會。

　　I thought the advertised position would be a great opportunity for me to apply my sales support skills and make a positive contribution.

　　陳述離職原因時，即使對現(xiàn)在的待遇不滿或和現(xiàn)在的上司有過爭執(zhí)，也不能向面試官抱怨現(xiàn)在的公司和上司，否則面試官認(rèn)為你將來也會這樣對待他們的公司?；卮疬@樣的問題時，應(yīng)該強調(diào)如“爭執(zhí)尋找責(zé)任更大，更有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作”或“想增加閱歷”等。如果是被裁員，則應(yīng)該把說明重點集中在公司經(jīng)營不善，被其他公司并購，重組等公司整體或部門整體調(diào)整的問題上，說明并非個人問題而辭職。
