《孫子兵法》第73期:第十三章 用間(1)

用間篇 NO.1：
孫子曰：凡興師十萬，出征千里，百姓之費(fèi)，公家之奉，日費(fèi)千金，內(nèi)外騷動(dòng)，怠于道路，不得操事者，七十萬家。
相守?cái)?shù)年，以爭(zhēng)一日之勝，而愛爵祿百金，不知敵之情者，不仁之至也，非民之將也，非主之佐也，非勝之王也。
這句啥意思：
孫子說：凡興兵十萬，征戰(zhàn)千里，百姓的耗費(fèi)，國家的開支，每天都要花費(fèi)千金，前后方動(dòng)亂不安，戌卒疲備地在路上奔波，不能從事正常生產(chǎn)的有七十萬家。
這樣相持?jǐn)?shù)年，就是為了決勝于一旦，如果吝惜爵祿和金錢，不肯用來重用間諜，以致因?yàn)椴荒苷莆諗城槎鴮?dǎo)致失敗，那就是不仁到極點(diǎn)了。
這種人不配作軍隊(duì)的統(tǒng)帥，算不上國家的輔佐，也不是勝利的主宰。
英文這么說：
Sun Tzu said: Raising a host of a hundred thousand men and marching them great distancesentails heavy loss on the people and a drain on the resources of the State.
The daily expenditure will amount to a thousand ounces of silver.
There will be commotion at home and abroad,and men will drop down exhausted on thehighways.
As many as seven hundred thousand families will be impeded in their labor.
Hostile armies may face each other for years,striving for the victory which is decided in a singleday.
This being so, to remain in ignorance of the enemy's condition simply because one grudgesthe outlay of a hundred ounces of silver in honors and emoluments, is the height of inhumanity.
One who acts thus is no leader of men, no present help to his sovereign, no master of victory.
課后拓展：
孫子在《用間篇》開宗明義，興兵十萬，征戰(zhàn)千里，如果吝惜爵祿金錢，不肯重用情報(bào)人員、正確使用信息，以致因不能掌握敵情而導(dǎo)致失敗，那就是不仁慈到了極點(diǎn)。而要了解敵情，不可用求神問鬼的方式獲取，不可拿相似的事情做類比推測(cè)得出，不可用日月星辰運(yùn)行的位置去做驗(yàn)證，一定要取之于人，從那些收悉敵情的人中獲取。所以，《用間篇》分別敘說了重視情報(bào)、獲取信息的類別要訣、原則策略和方式方法，并以“此兵之要，三軍所恃而動(dòng)也”籠貫全書。意思是運(yùn)用好信息和情報(bào)，才是用兵的要害和關(guān)鍵。
