T= Traveler R= Receptionist

T: Hi, I have a reservation for flight 007 to New York.

旅客：嗨，我預訂了到紐約的007次班機。

R: May I see your ticket and photo ID?

T: Yes, here's my ticket and my driver's license.

R: Are these your bags?
