”The question is who was responsible for firing the missile, that has always been a question ,and this defense company ,which is called Almaz-Antey , they have said they can’t speculate on that ,but we can see is that this doesn’t pall Russian position is now coming down firmly on the side of the fact that the airline was brought down by a BUK anti- aircraft missile system. The other theory which has been in sight previously , talking for example, about Ukrainian air force plane firing a missile at the civilian craft and it had been brought down on that way. That doesn’t seems to be falling away.
