馬云德國漢諾威英文演講

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the founder and the executive chairmanof Alibaba group. Mr. Jake Ma.

女士們、先生們，歡迎阿里巴巴集團創(chuàng)始人、執(zhí)行董事長，馬云先生。

Good evening everyone. Dear Chancellor Merkel, and Deputy Prime Minister Ma Kai minister, ladies and gentlemen, it is my great honor to speak here in this evening .

大家晚上好。尊敬的默克爾總理，馬凱副總理，女士們，先生們，我很榮幸今晚在這里發(fā)言。

I remember 14 years ago when I first come to Hanover, I try to rent a small booth to sale the Chinese products to the western to the Europe. It's been a long time for looking for the booth ,and that time Hanover was not that prosperous, but the fair was very successful.

我記得14年前我第一次來漢諾威時，我試著租了一個小攤位，把中國產品銷往西方，銷往歐洲。找攤位找了好長時間，那時候漢諾威并沒有那么繁榮，但那次展銷非常成功。

It's difficult to get a booth. Finally we got a small booth. We got the booth, but very few people find us. Eight years ago, we came back again. We tried to help all of the booths to move them online.

找個攤位很難。我們終于有了一個小攤位。我們有攤位，但很少有人找到我們。八年前，我們又回來了。我們試圖幫助所有的攤位把它們搬到網上。

Help them to sale on Alibaba, it did not work. Because at that time, people think the trade affair online are conflict with each other. Today I come back again. The reason I come back again, is trying to find the important the missing part of the Internet business.

幫他們在阿里巴巴上銷售，最后失敗了。因為當時人們認為網上的交易是不安全的。今天我又回來了。我再次回來的原因，是想找到商業(yè)互聯(lián)網業(yè)務中缺失的重要一環(huán)。

Internet is a part of the century in the past 20 years，It was pretty successful. But one thing that is very strange that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily more than three years.

互聯(lián)網產業(yè)在本世紀過去的20年里的發(fā)展，取得了巨大的成功，但有一點很奇怪，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很少有互聯(lián)網公司能平安健康的生存3年以上。

That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks. They don't have even honey months. What is the problem? Where is the missing part? So I think I strongly believe the missing part is in Europe. What is that?

這意味著大多數(shù)互聯(lián)網公司只能享受甜蜜的幾天，甜蜜的幾周。他們連蜜月都沒有。怎么了？缺失的部分在哪里？所以我想我堅信缺失的部分在歐洲。那是什么？

Whether we like it or not? In the past 20 years, Internet has launched a huge impact to the human lifes. Everybody believe that Internet has done great things to the world. And also a lot of traditional business hate the Internet, because they destroyed their business.

不管我們是否喜歡？近20年來，互聯(lián)網對人類生活產生了巨大的影響。每個人都相信互聯(lián)網為世界做了偉大的事情。還有很多傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)討厭互聯(lián)網，因為還聯(lián)網破壞了自己的業(yè)務。

But what the rest is that Internet companies always worry. Because you see the whether Google, Facebook, Amazon, ebay, Alibaba, all of us worry everyday. So we think there must be a problem. And the problem is that we have to find a solution. That how we can be a company can live and long and healthy as long as like the Mercedes Benz and Siemens.

剩下的互聯(lián)網公司總是憂心忡忡。因為你看到即使是谷歌、Facebook、亞馬遜、ebay、阿里巴巴，我們也在每天擔心。所以我們認為肯定有問題。問題是我們必須找到解決問題的辦法。我們怎樣才能成為一家像梅賽德斯-奔馳和西門子那樣健康長久的平穩(wěn)運行的公司。

If an industry cannot live more than three years, if all the companies cannot live happily for three years, this industry can never become the main stream. This industry can never become the deep economy.

如果一個行業(yè)活不過三年，如果這個行業(yè)的所有的公司都活不過三年，那么這個行業(yè)就永遠不會成為主流行業(yè)。這個行業(yè)永遠不可能成為深度經濟結構。

So what we wanna do is that how we can find the solution. The world is changing so fast. Most people don't realize what is IT? What is Internet? We are moving very, very fast today to technology.

所以我們要做的就是找到解決辦法。世界變化太快了。大多數(shù)人不知道IT是什么？什么是互聯(lián)網？我們今天科技發(fā)展的速度快的驚人。

IT technology and data technology is not technology difference is the difference of people, the way people think, the way people do with the world.

IT技術和數(shù)據技術并不是技術上的差異，而是人們的差異，人們的思維方式，行為方式對世界的改變。

We don't know what the world would look like in 30 years, and we don't know what the data would look like. But we are sure that the whole world in next 30 years will be changed. If the first and second innovation and technology relief or liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this will release and liberate the strength of the human brain, the brain innovation.

我們不知道30年后的世界會是什么樣子，也不知道數(shù)據會是什么樣子。但我們相信，未來30年，整個世界都將發(fā)生變化。如果第一次和第二次工業(yè)革命解放了人的體力，這次革命將解放人的創(chuàng)造力。

The future world, we believe we would be connected not by oil, not by other things, but by datas. The future world. The business is C2B not B2C, C2B is consumer to business, not business to consumer, because you have a lot of datas, because of the datasthe manufacturer must do customized things. Otherwise manufacturing will be very difficult.

未來的世界，我們相信我們之間的聯(lián)系不是石油，不是其他東西，而是數(shù)據。未來的世界。企業(yè)是C2B而不是B2C，C2B是消費者對企業(yè)，而不是企業(yè)對消費者，因為你有很多數(shù)據，因為數(shù)據制造商必須做定制的事情。否則制造業(yè)將非常困難。

In the future. All the manufacturers, they make the machines, the machines can not only produce the products, the machines must talk, the machine must think. And the machine is not going to be supported by oil by electricity. The machine is gonna be supported by datas.

未來。所有的制造商，他們制造機器，機器不僅能生產產品，機器必須說話，機器必須思考。而且這臺機器不會靠電來或者油來支持。這臺機器將由數(shù)據支持。

The future world business were not focusing on the size, business will not focus standardization and power. They were folks like focused on the flexibility, ninbonese . customization and user friendliness, and also strongly believe the future world. We are going to have a lot of women leaders because in the future people not only focus on the muscles powers, they focus on wisdom. They focus on kindness and responsibility.

未來的世界商業(yè)不是專注于規(guī)模，商業(yè)也不會專注于標準化和實力。他們都是專注于靈活性，敏捷性。個性化和用戶友好度，也堅信未來的世界。我們會有很多女性領導人，因為在未來人們不僅關注肌肉力量，更關注智慧。他們更注重善良和責任。

And I think Internet must find the missing part. This missing part is how the clicks the motors can work together. And how we can making sure is the next 30 years, the Internet and clicks the models can work together. Only work clicks and models can work together. Internet companies can survive, can live happily for next 30 years.

我認為互聯(lián)網必須找到缺失的部分。這個缺失的部分是鼠標和馬達如何一起工作。而我們如何才能確保未來30年，讓互聯(lián)網和實體經濟結合起來。只有結合起來一起工作?；ヂ?lián)網公司可以生存，可以健康平穩(wěn)的存活30年。

And if that day comes, that it will recalled D-economy, it's not a digital economy, which I called data economy.

那天我們就迎來了“D商務”時代的開端，D不是指電子，而是數(shù)據。

Everything is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is gonna be beautiful. But the world is very challenging. Apple may not be the future, but apple tells us what the future would look like. That is something in the machine is moving. That is data.

一切都會改變的。我也相信世界會很美好。但這個世界充滿挑戰(zhàn)。蘋果也許不是未來，但蘋果告訴我們未來會是什么樣子。機器里有東西在動。那是數(shù)據。

We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, invention and creativity. And I think everybody's working hard try to realize their dreams. Today. You see here, real world workers , a truck drivers and a game players and also all these senior people. everybody in the ancient time.

我們正處在創(chuàng)新、靈感、發(fā)明和創(chuàng)造的偉大時刻。我想每個人都在努力實現(xiàn)自己的夢想。今天，你看這里，現(xiàn)實世界的工人，卡車司機和游戲玩家，還有所有這些資深人士。

Everybody in the ancient time.Nobody can leverage the technology to realize dreams. Today because of the datas, everything becomes the truth, and I strongly believe it's not the technology that changed the world. It's the dreams behind the technology that changed the world.

這在以前是不可想想象的，沒有人能利用科技來實現(xiàn)夢想。今天因為數(shù)據，一切都變成了事實，我堅信改變世界的不是技術。是科技背后的夢想改變了世界。

If the technology change the world, I will never be here. I'm not trying to be a teacher. I'm not trying to be technology. I know nothing about computer. And I know very little about the Internet. I have strange dream that we wanna help small business.

如果是科技改變了世界，我永遠不會在這里。我不是想當老師。我不是想成為一名技術人員。我對電腦一無所知。我對互聯(lián)網知之甚少。我有一個奇怪的夢，我們想幫助小企業(yè)。

So 14 years ago, we come here to sell Chinese products to Europe. That won't work. 14 years later, we try to help the European small business to China to the world by using the Internet. It's the dreams that drive the world. It's not onaly the technology.

所以14年前，我們來到這里向歐洲銷售中國產品。失敗了。14年后，我們試圖通過互聯(lián)網幫助歐洲小企業(yè)走向世界。是夢想驅動著世界。而不僅僅是技術。

So ladies and gentlemen, let's work hard. It's a fantastic world. It's the world belongs to young people. It's the world belongs to the future. And thank you very much for listening.

It's a souvenir step selling online for 20 euros. So we're gonna buy it now and how to buy it. We just press ”buy” and the face recognition.
