豆瓣9.4的《殺死伊芙》回歸,網(wǎng)上一片好評

There's a pervasive line of thinking, especially in2019, that says the people and things we love willeventually let us down.

And it was with this cynical mentality that I approached the second season of 2018's breakouthit Killing Eve.

How could a series that was so well written, so well acted, and so fiercely addictive in itsfreshman season possibly maintain the same level of quality in Season 2, especially sincePhoebe Waller-Bridge, who developed the series for TV and wrote four of the first season's eightepisodes, wasn't involved in the writing of the second? It seemed like an impossible task.

But then a strange thing happened: Killing Eve's second season, at least the two episodesscreened in advance for critics, didn't let me down.

In fact, I was immediately transfixed by the second season, which kicks off Sunday and picksup just a brisk 30 seconds after the surprising events of the Season 1 finale.

事實上，我是立刻被第二季驚呆了。第二季于周日開播，在第一季大結(jié)局令人驚訝的30秒后，第二季就開始了。

The new episodes, brimming with crackling electricity, elicited the same amount of joy Iexperienced when I watched Eve (Sandra Oh) and Villanelle (Jodie Comer) dance around eachother during the first go round, only this time the stakes were considerably higher.

新出的幾集充滿了電光火花，和我第一次看到Eve (Sandra Oh飾)和Villanelle (Jodie Comer飾)在一起跳舞的時候一樣讓我開心，只是這次驚險刺激得多。
