露西的一天 第103期:準(zhǔn)備上床睡覺(1)

I am feeling pretty tired by 11:00 and decide to get ready for bed. 到11點時，我非常疲憊，于是決定睡覺。

I go into the bathroom to take off my make-up. 我去洗手間卸了妝。

I use a cleanser to wash my face and dry it with a towel. 用洗面奶洗了洗臉，然后用毛巾擦干。

Then I put some toner on my face and then some moisturizer. 隨后，往臉上拍了些潤膚水，抹了些護膚霜。

I comb my hair and tie it back. 梳理了頭發(fā)，并把它扎起來。

I don't like getting hair in my face while I sleep so tying it back helps. 我不喜歡睡覺時把頭發(fā)弄到臉上所以把它扎起來是不錯的辦法。

I floss and brush my teeth, and am ready for bed. 用牙線刷完牙后，我準(zhǔn)備睡覺。

By this time, I am pretty beat. 這時，我累極了。

I go into my bedroom and I get undressed. 我在臥室脫掉衣服，

I put the dirty clothes in the hamper and put on my pajamas. 把他們放在臟衣籃里，穿上了我的睡衣。

I take off my slippers and pull back the covers. 脫掉拖鞋，然后拉開被子。

I have this same ritual every night, which I think helps me fall asleep more easily. 每天晚上都做同樣的事情，我想這樣會有助于更容易入睡。

It's not long before I'm fast asleep. 不久我就睡著了。
