有一個(gè)男人和他兒子坐在車上。

這個(gè)男人對(duì)他兒子說(shuō)：“檢查一下你那邊的方向燈有沒(méi)有壞，行嗎?”

“方向燈”也有其他說(shuō)法，如：blinkers, turn signal, directional signal,各種車燈說(shuō)法分別為:headlight (頭燈)、 taillight(尾燈〉、reversing light!(倒車燈)、brake ligbt(剎車燈)。

"look out the window"有兩個(gè)意思：①看窗外;②把頭伸出窗外看。在本句中的含義是“把頭伸出窗外看”因?yàn)轭^必須伸出窗外，才能看到方向燈。方向燈總是一亮一滅的, 所以孩子就以為方向燈忽好忽壞。
