工作午餐　The Working Lunch

商業(yè)午餐是一個在非正式的環(huán)境中和客戶互相了解（get to know each other）的過程，雙方聊生意、拉近感情，建立更深入的往來聯(lián)系（build a relationship）。

提出邀請

雖然是非正式的午餐，事先還是要向客人提出邀請，問客人愛吃什么，什么時間方便就餐。

在進(jìn)餐過程中要關(guān)閉手機(jī)。你需要做的一件很重要的事情就是傾聽，但也不能只聽不答，共同點或相異之處都可以是深化話題的契機(jī)?？梢杂靡恍┍容^私人的問題活躍氣氛（ice-breaking），例如：“您是在哪里長大的？”

點菜

點菜時要詢問客人的喜好和禁忌，避免點那些容易濺汁的食物（messy foods）。不要以為所有的外賓都喜歡西餐，如果能介紹一些他們不熟悉的美味也是一個很好的選擇。不過要事先告訴他們菜的成分，如果他們面露不悅，就不要勉強(qiáng)。點菜時不能猶猶豫豫，反復(fù)改動。此外，應(yīng)當(dāng)避免喝太多酒（excessive drinking）。因為午餐還是在談生意的過程中。

☉Shall we order the fish?I love lobster, but I’m afraid it might be too messy.
