1　in front 是副詞短語(yǔ)，意為“在前面”，用作狀語(yǔ)，同go, run, walk等連用。

2　in front of +名詞／代詞 是介詞短語(yǔ)，表示“在……前面”，指在某一范圍外的前面，兩者可分開，反義詞是behind 。
