Headaches are often very uncomfortable. The pain will probably distract you from work and have to feel every moment of constant pain. But do you know what types of headaches you have and what triggers them?

Here are some of the reasons behind headaches that you may not even realize.

The main reasons for these unpleasant headaches are migraines, high stress, and lack of sleep. People who experience workplace stress and experience great emotional stress often experience these major types of headaches.

1. Sleep: Too little or too much

Research has shown that lack of sleep increases the body's proteins that cause chronic pain, which in turn reduces the body's ability to soothe pain (lower the body's pain threshold) and can trigger a migraine attack and tension headache.
