1．Tear in heaven：天堂淚或淚灑天堂。
heaven：天堂在西方社會有兩重含義。其一，是指上帝與眾神居住的地方。其二，好人死后靈魂歸去的極樂世界。

2．Would you know my name if I saw you in heaven?
= Would you recall me if I saw you in heaven? 假如在天堂相遇，你是否會認得我？
would：要是，假使，（表示虛擬，假設，條件等）
例如：If you had come earlier, you would have seen him. 
假若你早來一些，就會看到他了。

3．Would it be the same if I saw you in heaven? 
　　= Would everything don’t be changed if I saw you in heaven?  假如在天堂相遇，一切都沒有改變吧？
句中it應指everything包括you和me。
