湖南強(qiáng)降雨已致179萬人受災(zāi)

A total of 1.79 million people in Central China's Hunan province have been affected by heavy rain, which has lashed the province since June 1, according to local authorities. Ten people have been killed, and three remain missing as of Wednesday, said Li Dajian, an official from the provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters. Over 2,700 houses have collapsed or been seriously damaged, and around 286,000 people have been evacuated, Li said.

6月1日以來，湖南省遭遇持續(xù)強(qiáng)降雨過程。據(jù)湖南省防汛抗旱指揮部秘書長李大劍介紹，截至6月8日，這一輪強(qiáng)降雨導(dǎo)致湖南179萬人受災(zāi)，因?yàn)?zāi)死亡10人、失聯(lián)3人，倒塌和嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞房屋超過2700間，緊急轉(zhuǎn)移群眾28.6萬人次。

The province launched an emergency response for disaster relief on June 2 and has delivered tents, foldable beds and other supplies to affected areas.
湖南已于6月2日啟動省級自然災(zāi)害救助應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，向受災(zāi)地區(qū)下?lián)軒づ?、折疊床等救災(zāi)物資。

Temporary relief funds and supplies have also been issued to mitigate the impact of the rain.
受災(zāi)地區(qū)民政部門迅速發(fā)放臨時(shí)救助資金和物資，盡力確保受災(zāi)群眾基本生活不受大的影響。
