電話號(hào)碼的讀法
英文電話號(hào)碼的念法與中文讀法相同，即用基數(shù)詞將數(shù)字讀出，如：Four-oh-one, five-five-five, six-seven-two-nine. 如果兩個(gè)連續(xù)的數(shù)字，可重復(fù)讀出，也可用 double 讀出，如：Four-oh-one, five-five-five, six-six-two-nine 也可讀成 Four-oh-one, five-five-five, double six-two-nine.“0”可用“oh”或“zero”讀出，上面的號(hào)碼可讀作：Four-one-zero, five-five-five, six-six-two-nine.
Conversation A :My Car Is Missing
MARTIN: Hello! Hello! Is this the police? Hello. What? Is this the police? Good. I'm Martin Learner. Martin, M-A-R-T-I-N. Learner, L-E-A-R-N-E-R Yes. Martin Learner! What? My car... My car is missing. Missing. It is not here. At the hotel. The Denver Hotel. My car is not here! Come to the police station? OK!
CLERK: Good morning, Mr. Learner. May I help you?
MARTIN: I'm going to the police.
CLERK: About your car?
MARTIN: Yes. Where is the police station?

Practice 1：祈使句是請求或命令別人做事的句子，其構(gòu)成方式很多，最簡單的是用表示動(dòng)作的實(shí)意動(dòng)詞引導(dǎo)的句子，有時(shí)甚至可以只有一個(gè)動(dòng)詞。
