預(yù)熱烤爐,將豬里脊肉放在烤盤(pán)上,將烤盤(pán)置于烤爐中??局萍s5分鐘,中間翻面一次,直到兩面都成棕色。 打開(kāi)法式長(zhǎng)棍面包,涂上蛋黃醬,在每一卷面包中放入一片烤制過(guò)的里脊肉,直接將辣醬灑到肉上。再撒上一點(diǎn)萊姆汁,再將洋蔥圈、黃瓜、芫荽葉、鹽和辣椒放在上面。再灑上一點(diǎn)萊姆汁即可食用。
