Joint Statement of President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the Singapore Summit. 美利堅(jiān)合眾國(guó)總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)委員會(huì)委員長(zhǎng)金正恩在新加坡峰會(huì)上所達(dá)成的聯(lián)合聲明。

President Donald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.

美利堅(jiān)合眾國(guó)總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)委員會(huì)委員長(zhǎng)金正恩于2018年6月12日在新加坡舉行了首次、歷史性的美朝首腦峰會(huì)。

President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and sincere exchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

特朗普總統(tǒng)和金正恩委員長(zhǎng)就建立新型的美國(guó)─朝鮮關(guān)系和構(gòu)建朝鮮半島持久和平機(jī)制的問(wèn)題，廣泛、深入且真誠(chéng)地交換了意見(jiàn)。特朗普總統(tǒng)承諾將為朝鮮提供安全保障，金正恩委員長(zhǎng)重申了自己將堅(jiān)定不移地致力于完成朝鮮半島無(wú)核化的立場(chǎng)。

Convinced that the establishment of new U.S.-DPRK relations will contribute to the peace and prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizing that mutual confidence building can promote the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following:

鑒于建立新型美朝關(guān)系有助于朝鮮半島及世界的和平與繁榮，且認(rèn)識(shí)到雙方互信的建構(gòu)，有助于促進(jìn)朝鮮半島無(wú)核化進(jìn)程，特朗普總統(tǒng)和金正恩委員長(zhǎng)宣布：

1. The United States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.-DPRK relations in accordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace and prosperity.

1. 美國(guó)和朝鮮承諾依據(jù)雙方人民對(duì)和平與繁榮的期待，建立新型的美國(guó)─朝鮮關(guān)系;

2. The United States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting and stable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.

2. 美國(guó)和朝鮮均將加入為建立朝鮮半島持久穩(wěn)定和平機(jī)制所作的共同努力中;

3. Reaffirming the April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work towards complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.

3.朝鮮重申2018年4月27日簽署的《板門(mén)店宣言》，致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)朝鮮半島的完全無(wú)核化;

4. The United States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.

4. 美國(guó)和朝鮮承諾開(kāi)展戰(zhàn)俘/失蹤人員的遺體搜尋工作，并立即返還那些已經(jīng)確認(rèn)身分的遺骨。

Having acknowledged that the U.S.-DPRK summit – the first in history – was an epochal event of great significance and overcoming decades of tensions and hostilities between the two countries and for the opening of a new future, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the stipulations in this joint statement fully and expeditiously. The United States and the DPRK commit to hold follow-on negotiations led by the U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level DPRK official, at the earliest possible date, to implement the outcomes of the U.S.-DPRK summit.

雙方均認(rèn)可史上首次朝美首腦峰會(huì)，是有助于跨越兩國(guó)數(shù)十年來(lái)的緊張和對(duì)立，開(kāi)創(chuàng)嶄新未來(lái)的具有劃時(shí)代意義的重大事件。特朗普總統(tǒng)和金正恩委員長(zhǎng)承諾，將迅速執(zhí)行這份共同協(xié)議中的內(nèi)容。美國(guó)和朝鮮將盡快舉行由美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿蓬佩奧和朝鮮相應(yīng)高級(jí)官員牽頭的后續(xù)談判，以落實(shí)美朝雙方首腦峰會(huì)所達(dá)成的成果。

Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have committed to cooperate for the development of new U.S.-DPRK relations and for the promotion of peace, prosperity, and security of the Korean Peninsula and of the world.

美利堅(jiān)合眾國(guó)總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家事務(wù)委員會(huì)委員長(zhǎng)金正恩均承諾，將共同合作發(fā)展美朝新型關(guān)系，促進(jìn)朝鮮半島和全世界的和平、繁榮與安全。
