　　隨著大學(xué)生就業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈，一些學(xué)生懷揣雄心抱負(fù)，開(kāi)始嘗試創(chuàng)業(yè)。歷年來(lái)，有很多大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的案例，這樣的行為也應(yīng)得到學(xué)校和全社會(huì)的鼓勵(lì)。然而，不是所有的大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后都適合創(chuàng)業(yè)。創(chuàng)業(yè)，需要又一個(gè)合理的商業(yè)理念;可行的商業(yè)計(jì)劃;帶領(lǐng)一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)，來(lái)讓成員為同一個(gè)目標(biāo)而努力的領(lǐng)袖氣質(zhì)以及成熟的管理技能。

　　With the competition in the job market becoming increasingly fierce for college graduates, some ambitious students have tried their hands at launching their own business. Over the years, there have been many successful cases of student entrepreneurship and such attempts should be encouraged by both the universities and the society at large. However, not all college graduates are suitable for undertaking entrepreneurial projects. To launch a business idea, a viable business plan, the charisma to lead a team where members make concerted efforts for a common objective, as well as mature managerial skills.
