The Girls Trip actress has been charged with two DUI misdemeanors — one for driving under the influence of alcohol, and another for driving with .08% blood alcohol content, a representative from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office told EW.

Haddish, 44, was arrested on Nov. 24 for allegedly falling asleep at the wheel of her Tesla around 5:45 a.m. on Beverly Drive. The watch commander for the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed the arrest, stating that Haddish is "currently in our jail being booked for DUI charges."
