2026年北美三國合辦世界杯 特朗普發(fā)推特祝賀

在國際足聯(lián)第68屆會員代表大會上，經(jīng)過會員國全體投票，美國、墨西哥和加拿大的三國聯(lián)合申辦體擊敗另一候選國摩洛哥，獲得2026年世界杯舉辦權(quán)。

Delegates from international soccer’s governing body FIFA voted Wednesday at their congress in Moscow to select the joint North American bid, a day before this year’s World Cup kicks off in Russia.

在俄羅斯世界杯開幕的前一天，國際足聯(lián)代表13日在莫斯科開會，投票選中北美三國的聯(lián)合申辦方案。

The so-called united bid convincingly beat another put forward by Morocco, receiving 135 of 206 votes against 65 for the North African country.

這項(xiàng)所謂的聯(lián)合申辦以135票對65票(206人擁有投票權(quán))的壓倒性優(yōu)勢擊敗了北非國家摩洛哥的申辦方案。

在此前的申辦過程中，北美三國公布了承辦城市的候選名單，共有23座城市入選。國際足聯(lián)將從這23座城市中最多挑選16座城市作為最終的比賽地點(diǎn)。其中，有3/4的比賽將在美國舉行。

美國總統(tǒng)特朗普在投票結(jié)束后發(fā)推文表示祝賀：

“The US together with Mexico and Canada just got the World Cup. Congratulations — a great deal of hard work."

“剛剛美國、墨西哥和加拿大共同獲得世界杯舉辦權(quán)。祝賀，大量的辛勤工作。”

本次世界杯主辦競選是自2015年國際足聯(lián)爆發(fā)貪腐丑聞之后首次選擇世界杯主辦國。

一直對申辦世界杯抱有熱情的摩洛哥在2016年已經(jīng)向國際足聯(lián)提交申請，作為當(dāng)時唯一的申辦國家，摩洛哥很可能復(fù)刻巴西以唯一申辦國的身份當(dāng)選主辦方的經(jīng)歷。

但2017年4月，美加墨三國突然宣布聯(lián)合申辦世界杯打破了摩洛哥的美夢。 在這兩方的候選方案中，摩洛哥無疑是處在下風(fēng)的。

The North American bid had been the favorite. A FIFA inspection commission in April gave it a considerably higher score in an evaluation report than Morocco, noting the extensive infrastructure already in place in the three countries, compared to Morocco, which would have had to construct or renovate all its stadiums and build large amounts of accommodation and transport.

北美三國的申辦方案最受歡迎。4月份，國際足聯(lián)視察委員會在評估報(bào)告中給美加墨的打分遠(yuǎn)高于摩洛哥。報(bào)告指出，三國的大批基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施已經(jīng)就位，相比之下，摩洛哥不得不建造或修整國內(nèi)所有體育館，并新建大量住宿和交通設(shè)施。

The FIFA inspectors had deemed Morocco a “high risk” choice, describing the two bids as “almost at opposite ends of the spectrum.”

國際足聯(lián)觀察員認(rèn)為，摩洛哥是一個“高風(fēng)險”的選擇，并稱兩方的申辦方案“幾乎是兩個極端”。

The 2026 Cup will be the first of an expanded tournament that will include 48 teams instead of 32, putting considerably more burden on the host country. Morocco had said it would need to spend $16 billion on infrastructure for the competition, including on 14 stadiums, whereas only six of North American stadiums need refurbishment.

2026年將是世界杯參賽隊(duì)伍首次從32支球隊(duì)擴(kuò)大到48支球隊(duì)，這將加重東道國的負(fù)擔(dān)。摩洛哥曾表示，為迎接世界杯需花費(fèi)160億美元(約合1022億元人民幣)用于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，其中包括14座體育館，而北美三國只需要翻修6座體育館。

FIFA’s leadership, under president Gianni Infantino, was also understood to have preferred the North American proposal, swayed in part by its organizers’ claim that their tournament would generate $14.3 billion in profits, versus Morocco’s $7.2 billion.

據(jù)悉，吉安尼•因凡蒂諾領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的國際足聯(lián)也更青睞北美三國的提案，其中部分原因是三國聲稱舉辦世界杯將帶來143億美元(約合913億元人民幣)的收益，而摩洛哥承諾的是72億美元(約合460億元人民幣)。

除了首次由三國聯(lián)辦，2026 年世界杯也將是歷史上規(guī)模最大的一屆杯賽，決賽圈參賽球隊(duì)將從 32 支擴(kuò)軍至 48 支，小組賽共分 16 組，每組 3 隊(duì)單循環(huán)，前 2 名晉級淘汰賽。比賽總數(shù)由 64 場增加到 80 場。

這對中國隊(duì)來說也是好事，亞洲區(qū)席位從原來的 4.5 個名額增加到了 8.5 個，中國男足目前排名亞洲第七。

不過，在美加墨三國申辦世界杯的過程中，圍繞著特朗普出現(xiàn)了一些政治爭議。就在今年四月，特朗普曾發(fā)推文稱，如果有盟友反對美國申辦世界杯，美國就不再支持他們。

"The US has put together a STRONG bid w/ Canada & Mexico for the 2026 World Cup," Trump wrote. "It would be a shame if countries that we always support were to lobby against the US bid. Why should we be supporting these countries when they don't support us (including at the United Nations)?"

“美國已與加拿大和墨西哥聯(lián)手全力申辦2026年世界杯。如果那些我們一直支持的國家竟反對美國申辦，這將是種恥辱。既然他們不支持我們(包括在聯(lián)合國)，我們?yōu)槭裁催€要支持他們?”

特朗普此言再掀輿論風(fēng)波，一些人認(rèn)為“特朗普效應(yīng)”可能會讓一些國家感到反感。國際足聯(lián)也出聲警告，勿用政治影響力干涉世界杯申辦。

Organizers had also worried that the Trump administration’s controversial travel ban targeting some Muslim nations could prevent some teams and fans from visiting during the tournament. But it emerged last week that Trump himself had lobbied FIFA’s leadership to assuage those concerns. The New York Times reported it had seen three letters written by Trump to FIFA president Infantino, promising that his hardline stance on visas would not affect visitors to the World Cup.

組織者還擔(dān)心，特朗普政府備受爭議的“穆斯林禁令”可能會阻礙一些球隊(duì)和球迷在世界杯期間訪美。但上周特朗普親自游說國際足聯(lián)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，以緩解這些擔(dān)憂?！都~約時報(bào)》報(bào)道稱，特朗普已經(jīng)給國際足聯(lián)主席因凡蒂諾寫了三封信，承諾他在簽證上的強(qiáng)硬立場不會影響到世界杯觀眾。

北美三國成功申辦世界杯意味著美國和加拿大、墨西哥必須合力組織這場賽事，但就在前不久，特朗普和加拿大總理特魯多還因貿(mào)易分歧吵得不可開交。

After the G7 summit, Trump attacked Trudeau as “dishonest” and “weak.” and accused him of making false statements in regard to the tariffs. Trudeau responded by saying that Canadians would "not be pushed around.”

在G7峰會結(jié)束后，特朗普抨擊特魯多“不誠實(shí)”且“軟弱”，指責(zé)他在關(guān)稅問題上言行不一。特魯多則回應(yīng)稱，加拿大人“不會任人擺布”。
