Four six-square meter apartments sold this weekend in Shenzhen made a splash in the media, but the sales were later declared illegal due to unauthorized modifications made to the properties.
上周末在深圳售出的四套6平米公寓引發(fā)媒體熱議,但因這些公寓屬于違法改建,此銷售行為也被判違法。
Nicknamed "pigeonholes", these mini studios are located in a 15-story building called Qiaocheng Shangyu, which offers 11 apartments at sizes ranging from 5.73 to 7.48 square meters, and 160 other units of 35 to 45 square meters.
這些迷你公寓被稱為“鴿子房”或“鴿籠房”,位于“僑城尚寓”項目一座15層的住宅樓中,這座樓中這樣的迷你戶型有11套,面積在5.73到7.48平方米之間,另外160套面積在35到45平方米。

此番引發(fā)熱議的6平米房因為占用了樓層中的公攤面積(public shared areas),所以實際面積為12到20平方米。當?shù)匾?guī)劃和國土資源委員認定該房型涉嫌違法改建銷售,要求對項目占用公攤面積部分采取強制措施恢復(fù)原狀(demolish the illegal constructions)。與購房者解除買方協(xié)議(cancel trading contracts),此外對所涉房地產(chǎn)中介機構(gòu)非法交易行為展開調(diào)查(real estate agencies investigated for illegal dealing)。
