5月31日，中共中央總書記習(xí)近平在主持中共中央政治局第三十次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要下大氣力加強(qiáng)國際傳播能力建設(shè)，展示真實(shí)、立體、全面的中國。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，要深刻認(rèn)識(shí)新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)國際傳播工作的重要性和必要性，形成同我國綜合國力和國際地位相匹配的國際話語權(quán)。
Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has stressed improving the country's capacity for engaging in international communication to present a true, multi-dimensional and panoramic view of China. Xi made the remarks on May 31 when addressing a group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Xi stressed the need to have a profound understanding of how important and necessary it is to improve the country's international communication, and to develop a voice in international discourse that matches with China's comprehensive national strength and international status.

我們黨歷來高度重視對(duì)外傳播工作。黨的十八大以來，我們大力推動(dòng)國際傳播守正創(chuàng)新，理順內(nèi)宣外宣體制，打造具有國際影響力的媒體集群，積極推動(dòng)中華文化走出去，有效開展國際輿論引導(dǎo)和輿論斗爭，初步構(gòu)建起多主體、立體式的大外宣格局，我國國際話語權(quán)和影響力顯著提升，同時(shí)也面臨著新的形勢(shì)和任務(wù)。
要加快構(gòu)建中國話語和中國敘事體系，用中國理論闡釋中國實(shí)踐，用中國實(shí)踐升華中國理論，打造融通中外的新概念、新范疇、新表述，更加充分、更加鮮明地展現(xiàn)中國故事及其背后的思想力量和精神力量；要廣泛宣介中國主張、中國智慧、中國方案，我國日益走近世界舞臺(tái)中央，有能力也有責(zé)任在全球事務(wù)中發(fā)揮更大作用，同各國一道為解決全人類問題作出更大貢獻(xiàn)；要深入開展各種形式的人文交流活動(dòng)，通過多種途徑推動(dòng)我國同各國的人文交流和民心相通；要全面提升國際傳播效能，建強(qiáng)適應(yīng)新時(shí)代國際傳播需要的專門人才隊(duì)伍；各級(jí)黨委(黨組)要把加強(qiáng)國際傳播能力建設(shè)納入黨委(黨組)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作責(zé)任制，加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，加大財(cái)政投入，幫助推動(dòng)實(shí)際工作、解決具體困難。

【重要講話】
必須加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計(jì)和研究布局，構(gòu)建具有鮮明中國特色的戰(zhàn)略傳播體系，著力提高國際傳播影響力、中華文化感召力、中國形象親和力、中國話語說服力、國際輿論引導(dǎo)力。
It is important to enhance top-level design, establish a strategic communication system with distinctive Chinese characteristics and improve the influence of international communication, the attraction of Chinese culture, affinity with China's image, the persuasiveness of Chinese discourse and the ability to guide international public opinion.
