[00:38.87]As you can see,I did escape. [00:41.98]I will bring my story quickly to a conclusion. [00:45.50]Some time after I left the boat, [00:47.65]with my brother in it, [00:49.34]it sank into the bottom of the whirlpool. [00:52.33]Soon afterwards,the whirlpool [00:54.27]became less violent. [00:56.21]Then the sky was clear, [00:58.11]the wind calmer and the moon was shining. [01:01.85]I was still tied to the barrel [01:04.36]and the waves soon carried me to an area [01:07.33]where the other fishermen were. [01:09.72]In the end,a boat picked me up. [01:12.21]I was very tired. [01:14.40]The fishermen were my old friends. [01:16.75]but they were unable to recognize me. [01:19.10]When I told them my story, [01:21.21]they did not believe it. [01:23.52]Now I have told you, [01:25.47]and I cannot expect you to believe me [01:27.90]more than the fishermen did.
