英語專八聽力備考：高分聽力技巧
聽力部分的題目構成為：
1、Mini Lecture(迷你演講/筆記與填空) 共十題 占10%
2、Interview (訪談) 共五題 占 5%
3、News(新聞) 共五題 占 5%
考題語速約100-110詞每分鐘、采取英音與美音混合的方式、每種類型題目都只播讀一遍。
第二部分 Mini Lecture(迷你演講/筆記與填空)的解法
此類題目是目前國內(nèi)英文考試中難度最大的一種聽力題目。考生首先會在無任何文字提示的情況下聽到一篇長約9分鐘，接近1000詞左右的演講稿，同時被要求在紙上做筆記。聽力結束后，監(jiān)考人會將答卷紙發(fā)至考生手中，要求考生利用筆記內(nèi)容進行填空。專業(yè)八級聽力部分涉及到四大能力的測試：
1、基礎聽力能力 2、速記能力 3、理解筆記能力(解碼能力) 4、填空能力
結合四大能力的考察，我們總結出以下做題步驟：
一、 用首段確定主題與高頻詞縮寫
首段由問候語和主題介紹構成。本段至至全文第一個序數(shù)詞(例如first和Number1)之間不會出題?？忌枰宰羁焖俣冗M入狀態(tài)，并且確定文章內(nèi)出現(xiàn)頻率最高單詞的縮寫。

Good morning. In today's lecture, we shall discuss what meaning is in literary works.(主題句). When we read novels, poems, etc., we invariably ask ourselves a question. That is, what does the writer mean here? In other words, we are interested in finding out the meaning. But meaning is a difficult issue in literature. How do we know what a work of literature is supposed to mean or what its real meaning is? I'd like to discuss three ways to explain what meaning is.
由此可見，本篇文稿主題是：文學作品中的含義。黑體字部分是明顯的高頻詞匯，稍后一定會多次出現(xiàn)，所以可以用M和L分別代替Meaning和literature。這樣會節(jié)省很多時間。
二、用序數(shù)詞確定結構
請考生注意，序數(shù)詞是此類題目中最需要聽懂的詞匯。
請看2006年Mini Lecture的第二段話。
Number 1: Meaning is what is intended by the author; Number 2: Meaning is created by and contained in the text itself and number 3: Meaning is created by the reader.
這段話將成為全文的“骨架”，考生必須聽懂并全部記下。全文內(nèi)容只有三方面：第一、意義是作者的意圖。第二、意義是由文本內(nèi)同創(chuàng)造和包含的。第三、意義是由讀者創(chuàng)造的。
第三部分 Interview & News(訪談與新聞的)的解法
這兩種題目的類型是傳統(tǒng)意義上的聽力選擇題，所以難度上有所降低。其中會使用到聽力理解題目的最常見兩大原則：視聽一致原則和同義替換原則。
視聽一致原則的使用
顧名思義，本原則是指，選項的詞語若與聽力中的內(nèi)容重合較多，本選項就是對的。此原則在訪談與新聞中使用非常頻繁。

6. Which of the following is the main cause of global warming?
A. Fossil fuel.
B. Greenhouse gases.
C. Increased dryness.
D. Violent storm patterns.
原文如下：
The scientists say there is a greater than a 90% chance that green-house gases are the main cause of rising temperatures and sea levels.
解析：題干中的main cause是重要的提示，原文一旦出現(xiàn)本短語，答案的就在后方。
請看2007年第10題：
10. Which of the following best describe the role of the charter?
A. The charter only describes powers of the UN bodies.
B The charter mainly aims to promote world economy.
C The charter is a treaty above all other treaties.
D The charter authorizes reforms in UN bodies.
原文如下：
It states that the charter comes first above all other treaties.
解析：這又是一道不費力氣，聽到即可選出的聽力題目。
即便是在很難主題之下，本原則也可以使題目變得更加簡單。

本題題干有諸多經(jīng)貿(mào)英文術語，在讀選項時間有限的情況之下，使用視聽一致的原則反而更加簡單。
原文如下：
The European Union has drafted a list of US products to be hit with import taxes in retaliation for tariffs the United States has imposed on European steel.(歐盟起草了一份美國需要繳納進口稅的產(chǎn)品名單，以報復美國在其鋼材上征收的關稅。)
