Will: Long time no see. Where's Megan?
威爾：好久不見。麥珍呢?
Suzie: At her dad's. Where's Ned? At his mum's for Christmas?
蘇茜：在她爸爸那。奈德呢?在他媽媽那過圣誕節(jié)?
Will: Uh. well... Yeah. No. I should - I should probably go, shouldn't I?
威爾：對……不，我該走了。
Suzie: You could go pose as Santa. try and shag some carol singers.
蘇茜：你應(yīng)該扮成誕老人，去追唱圣誕歌的漂亮妹妹。
Lindsey's mother: Are you a professional. Santa? How lovely.
琳達的媽媽：你是職業(yè)圣誕老人，太好了。
Will: Right. That's it. I'm off. Thank you very much. It was great.
威爾：我告辭了，多謝。
Fiona: Suzie has every right to express her anger, Will.
費安娜：蘇茜有權(quán)生氣，威爾。
Will: Yes, and she's expressed it , and now I have a right to bugger off, so thanks a lot. Bye.
威爾：是的，她出完氣了，我也有權(quán)滾蛋了。多謝，拜拜。
Marcus: Wait! He's my friend. I invited him. I should be able to tell him when to go home.
馬可斯：等一下，他是我的朋友。我邀請他的，他什么時候走，應(yīng)該由我來決定。
Foina: I haven't told Will to go, Marcus. Suzie's angry with him as she has every right to be, and she's telling him so.
費安娜：我沒有叫他走，蘇茜生他的氣，她有權(quán)表達出來。
Will: She's right，Marcus. Just leave it, okay?
威爾：馬可斯，她說得對，算了吧。
Marcus: All he did was make up a kid for a couple of weeks. That's nothing. so what? Who cares? Kids at school do worse than that every day.
馬可斯：他只是假裝有兒子幾個星期，這算什么?誰在乎?學校里的孩子撒起謊來要比他過分得多!
Foina: The point is , Marcus, Will left school a long time ago. He should've grown out of making people up by now.
費安娜：問題是，他已經(jīng)不是學生了，馬可斯。早過了編謊話騙人的階段了。
Suzie: That' s for sure.
蘇茜：沒錯。
Marcus: It's not fair to gang up on him. He's been a lot better behaved since then. He bought me trainers, he lets me go round his house even if he doesn't want me to and he knows what kids need.
馬可斯：你們這樣說他壞話不公平，他現(xiàn)在好多了，他給我買運動鞋。盡管他并不情愿，但還是讓我去他家玩。他還知道孩子需要什么。
Foina: What? Expensive footwear and obscene music? Look, if there's something you really need, we can talk about it.
費安娜：什么?昂貴的鞋子和下流的歌曲?你有什么需要，我們可以討論啊!
Marcus: No, we can't，because it's not really a discussion. It' s an argument you always win. Why don't you just tell me what to do?
馬可斯：做不到，那根本不是討論，那只是爭執(zhí)，而且每次都是你有理。為什么不干脆命令我算了?
Foina: Because I want you to think for yourself.
費安娜：我希望你學會自己思考。
Marcus: Okay, I'm thinking for myself, and I want Will to stay. It's not like he's the only one who ever did anything wrong. Remember how we met Will? You tried...
馬可斯：好，我現(xiàn)在就自己思考，我要威爾留下。誰能不犯錯?我們認識威爾是因為你企圖自……
Will: It's because you threw a bloody great loaf of bread at a duck's head and killed it,basically.
威爾：是因為你用面包砸死了只鴨子。
Foina: Excuse me? What's this about duck?

Lindsey's mother: Are we having duck? Delicious.
琳達的媽媽：有鴨吃?太好了。
