People around the world have religions.Some people consider it as an important part of good mental health while others take it much lightly.
全世界信仰宗教的人們。有些人認(rèn)為這是一個精神健康的重要因素,而另一些人則不太以為然。
As a Christian,I can fully appreciate the fact that my faith helps me keep my mind at ease.The improvements in mental health are seen in many newly baptized people.Rituals like confessing can relieve the pressure of one's mind by pouring out what bothers him deep inside.Praying,going to church,and singing all have their powers.Maybe religion is also psychological as well.Atheists may reject it as totally supernatural,but they are missing out.
做為一個基督教徒,我可以體會信仰如何幫助我保持平靜的心。這種精神上的改善可從許多新受洗禮的人身上看到。例如慚悔的儀式,能藉由傾訴一個人內(nèi)心深處煩惱的事情來減輕壓力。祈禱,上教堂,唱圣歌全都有其力量。也許宗教也有心理上的作用。無神論者可能否定它為超自然的,但他們卻錯過了上述的這些好處。
Other religions like Judaism,lslam,Buddhism,and Hinduism also offer some mechanisms for supporting people through hardships and giving people hope.Some religious groups have beliefs that conflict with others.This can happen with different denominations within Christianity as well.The Catholics and the Protestants' ways of thinking seem to be somewhat different.I think it is ridiculous for different religious groups to put down each other while glorifying themselves.It will be wonderful if we can all understand each other's differences and live happily together.
還有其他的宗教,如猶太教,伊斯蘭教,佛教,和印度教也提供一些機(jī)制來幫助人們渡過困苦,并給人們帶來希望。有些宗教團(tuán)體他們的信念與別的團(tuán)體互相沖突。甚至連基督教中不同的教派也存在這樣的事情。天主教和新教的思考方法似乎有些不丗。我認(rèn)為不同教派在頌揚自己宗教的同時,卻去否定別的教是很荒謬的事。如果我們大家都能夠相互理解并愉快的共存,那該有多棒啊!
