A:我要去美國(guó)參加一次銷(xiāo)售會(huì)議，所以我想申請(qǐng)一個(gè)商務(wù)簽證。

B: OK.do you mind if I ask you a few questions

B：好的，您不介意回答我一些問(wèn)題吧?

A: Not at all.go ahead.

A:不介意，您問(wèn)吧。

B: OK , first.may I have your name and birth date.please?

B：好的，首先您能告訴我您的姓名和出生年月日嗎?

A:Sure ,I am Helena and I was born on April 27,1981.

A:我叫海琳娜，出生于1981年4月27號(hào)。

B:So,you just said you would attend a conference there,could you please tell me in detail what this conference is about and have you got the invitation?

B:那么您剛才說(shuō)要去參加一個(gè)會(huì)議，您能不能詳細(xì)說(shuō)一下這次會(huì)議，還有您收到邀請(qǐng)函了嗎?

A:Of course,This is an annual sales conference held by Leech company of America,and we have much business with the company ,so I was invited to the conference .

A:當(dāng)然可以。這是一個(gè)由美國(guó)利奇公司舉辦的一次銷(xiāo)售年會(huì)，我們和利奇公司有不少生意上的往來(lái)，所以我被邀請(qǐng)去參加此次會(huì)議。

B:When do you prepare to depart ?

B:您準(zhǔn)備什么出發(fā)?

A:I was planning to leave for America next mouth.

A:我是打算下個(gè)月出發(fā)。

B:OK,We will mark your visa finished as soon as possible.

B:好的，我們會(huì)盡快辦好您的簽證。
