我們經(jīng)常聽到這樣一句:自律才能自由。
為什么是這樣呢?
生活中我們經(jīng)常被瑣事牽絆,
如同機(jī)器般被動(dòng)的接受,做出反應(yīng)。
這不是自由。
究竟什么是自由?
所謂自由,并不是隨心所欲,不是那種“回家便躺平”,什么都不干的狀態(tài)。
這樣的生活,只能讓你的生活不受控地走下坡路。
之所以說(shuō),自律能帶來(lái)自由,是因?yàn)樽月梢馕吨晕抑髟住?br>一個(gè)人只有能主宰自己的時(shí)候,才能算的上是真正的自由。
Self-disciplined people are not all outstanding people. But nearly all outstanding people are self-disciplined people.
自律的人不一定都優(yōu)秀,但優(yōu)秀的人基本都是自律的。
