北京救護車本月起實行打表收費

Beijing is installing taxi-like meters in 580ambulances in a move to curb customer complaintsof overcharging. The municipality is the first inChina to implement such a policy citywide, mediareported.

近日，在北京580輛救護車上，類似出租車上的計程器被安裝在上面，以此處理客戶對要價太高的投訴。根據(jù)媒體報道，這是中國第一次在全市范圍內(nèi)實行這樣的政策。

Beginning May 1, select fleets of 120 and 999emergency response vehicles will operate withmeters to help drivers and patients clearly tally upambulance fees, the Beijing Morning Post reported on Saturday.

據(jù)《北京晨報》上周六報道，從5月1日開始，120和999的一些應(yīng)急車輛將開始打表計價，為司機和病人清楚地計算出救護車的費用。

The base fare is 50 yuan (7.69 dollars) within three kilometers and 7 yuan for each additionalkilometer, according to the new tariffs set by the Beijing Municipal Administration of Qualityand Technology Supervision.

根據(jù)北京市政府質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局設(shè)定的新價格表顯示，基本票價是三公里內(nèi)50元，每增加一公里收費7元。

The policy replaces the non-transparent system of drivers calculating charges right after beingdispatched from the hospital, where fees could easily reach into the hundreds of yuan and resultin disputes between drivers and customers, The Beijing News reported.

《新京報》報道稱，該政策代替了原來的非透明系統(tǒng)。即司機從離開醫(yī)院開始計費，這樣費用可以很快達到上百元，這樣就引起了司機和客戶間的糾紛。

A similar policy was piloted in 2009 at Shanghai's Songjiang District Medical Emergency Center,media reported.

據(jù)媒體報道，類似的政策于2009年在上海松江區(qū)醫(yī)療急救中心試點。

The new fares saw their fair share of debate online.
