問(wèn)：據(jù)報(bào)道，7日，法國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧朗德表示將于11月訪華，其間將與習(xí)近平主席共同為巴黎氣候變化大會(huì)成功發(fā)出呼吁。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論?對(duì)巴黎氣候變化大會(huì)有何期待?

Q: French President François Hollande announced on September 7 that he would travel to China in November to launch an appeal for the success of the Paris Climate Change Conference with President Xi Jinping. What is China’s comment on that? What is China’s expectation for the Paris Conference?

答：中方支持法國(guó)舉辦巴黎氣候變化大會(huì)，贊賞法方為籌辦會(huì)議作出的積極努力。我們歡迎奧朗德總統(tǒng)訪華，雙方正就此保持密切溝通。

A: The Chinese side supports France in holding the Paris Climate Change Conference and appreciates efforts made by the French side to prepare for the Conference. We welcome President Hollande’s visit to China and stay in close communication with the French side on that.

推動(dòng)年底巴黎氣候變化大會(huì)如期達(dá)成協(xié)議是國(guó)際社會(huì)的共同期待。中方愿與各方一道，按照“共同但有區(qū)別的責(zé)任”原則、公平原則、各自能力原則，推動(dòng)巴黎大會(huì)達(dá)成全面、均衡的結(jié)果，為全球應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化提供真正有效的解決方案。當(dāng)前談判時(shí)間所剩不多，談判任務(wù)仍然艱巨，各方要以最大誠(chéng)意加速談判，最大限度凝聚共識(shí)。中方也愿與各方加強(qiáng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，為巴黎大會(huì)成功作出積極努力。

To reach an agreement as scheduled at the Paris Conference by the end of this year meets the aspiration of the entire international community. The Chinese side will work with all parties in the principles of common but differentiated responsibilities, equity and respective capabilities for a comprehensive and balanced outcome of the Paris Conference so as to equip the global efforts against climate change with an effective solution. There is not much time left for the negotiation, but we are still faced with daunting tasks. All parties should speed up negotiation with the utmost sincerity and build up consensus with the best efforts. The Chinese side will enhance communication and coordination with all parties and work enthusiastically for the success of the Paris Conference.

Q: Red Cross officials from the DPRK and the ROK concluded their meeting on the morning of September 8 with the agreement of holding reunions of families separated by the 1950-1953 Korean War at Mount Kumgang resort from October 20 to 26. What is China’s comment on that?

答：我們注意到有關(guān)報(bào)道，對(duì)半島北南雙方同意舉行離散家屬團(tuán)聚活動(dòng)表示歡迎。中方支持朝韓雙方繼續(xù)通過(guò)對(duì)話協(xié)商改善關(guān)系，推進(jìn)和解合作，為維護(hù)半島和平穩(wěn)定作出切實(shí)努力。

A: We have noted the relevant report, and welcome the agreement between the DPRK and the ROK of holding family reunions. The Chinese side supports the two sides in improving relations through dialogue and consultation, promoting reconciliation and cooperation and making tangible efforts to safeguard peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula.
